Refund policy
1. 90-Day Results Guarantee
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to try the product completely risk-free.
If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can request a refund within those 90 days—no questions asked.
We’ll refund the purchase price once your request is approved.
2. Returns (Unopened Products Only)
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
- Products may be opened or used
- Customers must contact support to initiate a return
- A Return Authorization Number (RAN) or a message / ticket to our support team is required before sending items back
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

3. Refunds
Approved returns are eligible for a refund to the original payment method
Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received.
4. Purchase Source Requirement (IMPORTANT)
To protect our customers from counterfeit or unauthorized products:
Refunds, returns, and guarantee claims are only valid for products purchased directly from our official website
Products purchased from third-party sellers, marketplaces, or unauthorized retailers are not eligible
We reserve the right to request proof of purchase and deny any claim where authenticity cannot be verified
5. Processing Time
Returns are processed within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection
You will receive email confirmation once your return is received and again when your refund is issued
6. Faulty or Defective Products
If you receive a faulty product, please contact support@olavita.co.
If confirmed defective, we will provide a replacement or repair in accordance with our warranty terms.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly and cannot be canceled once shipped.
Please cancel no later than 12h after payment.

Our 90-Day Results Guarantee is separate from our standard return policy:
